   鋁單板幕牆採用優質高強度鋁合金板材，其常用厚度爲2.0，2.5，3.0，型號爲1100系列，3003系列，狀態爲H24.常規材料較大尺寸爲1300mm*4000mm.其結構主要由面板，加強筋和角碼組成。角碼可直接由面板折彎，衝壓成型，也可在面板的折邊上鉚裝角碼成型。加強筋與板面後的電焊螺釘連接，使之成爲一個牢固的整體，極大增強了鋁單板幕牆的強度與剛性，保證了長期使用中的平整度及抗震能力。如果需要隔音保溫，可在鋁板內側安裝高效的隔音保溫材料。
